Encouragement

100 Words | November 9

When I tried to understand all this, it was oppressive to me until I entered the sanctuary of GodPsalm 73:16-17

In the face of tragedies, a common mistake is blaming God for evil. Settle this in your heart and mind, and let it be unmovable: God is only good. When we do not understand why some things occur, that is not the time to judge God as deficient in His sovereignty or weak in His purposes. Instead, choose trust. Trust is the fruit of a living loved relationship with God, and in God’s sanctuary, we discover redemption, not justifications.
